1. White sesame seeds(Til)   - 
                            These are extremely rich in calcium. 50 gm of sesame seeds provide necessary calcium needed by body per day.pregnant women should not eat it.
2. Dry dates (Chhuara) -
                                         These are rich in calcium.eat these and then drink milk.it cures  diseases caused by deficiency in calcium.
3. Almonds -
                                     These also contain calcium.
4. Milk -    
                                Calcium, vitamin D and vitamin K present in milk are  rare and very essential for maintaining density and strength of bones. Milk calcium does not form kidney stone.
5. Curd -     
                       Calcium from curd is more readily available to the body than calcium from milk.
6. Low-fat butter milk -
                             Calcium available to the body from buttermilk is easily digestible.
7. Spinach - 
                         It is also rich in calcium.
8. Potato -   
                                It is also rich in calcium.
9. Sweet Lime(mausmi) -
                         It is extremely rich in calcium.
10. Cheese - 
                                    It contains plenty of calcium.

                       It is rich in calcium and vitamin K, both of which are important for bone health and prevention of osteoporosis.
