1. Honey - Take one spoon of honey three times a day.

2. Beetroot - Eat beetroot (chakundar).

3. Onion - Eat onion or take juice of it. It contains too much iron.

4. Spinach - Take half glass of spinach juice with two spoons of honey   for 50 days.

5. Tomato - Take mixed juice of tomato and honey.

6. Dates -         Eat dates in winter.

7. Dry dates -  Put 02 dry dates in milk and boil it.then eat it and drink milk.

8. Carrot - Take juice of carrot.drink one glass of carrot juice at a time.

9. Grapes - Eat grapes.

10. Pomegranate  (Anaar) - It is extremely rich in iron.

1. Almonds(Badam)






  • It contains calcium,iron,zinc,potassium,phosphorus,vitamin-B1,B2,B3,B5,B6,B9,C,E and a high content of dietary fibre,protein,antioxidants and unsaturated fats.
  • The almond is often eaten in raw or toasted form. For maximum benefits,these should be soaked in water for a night or 06-08 hours and then should be eaten after peeling its skin.
  • They contain the right kind of fats-monounsaturated and some polyunsaturated, so they help lower low-density lipoprotein (LDL) i.e. the bad cholesterol, while not touching the high-density lipoprotein(HDL) or good cholesterol levels.
  • If you’re eating roasted almonds to reduce cholesterol , well, it just isn’t going to happen.Just take only raw and unsalted almonds and you’ll be fine.


2. Raisins(Kishmish)




  • It contains iron,large content of vitamin-B complex and protein etc.
  • Due to high content of Iron,it is most suitable for anemic patients.
  • It also removes physical debility.
  • Jaundice patients are benefited promptly.
  • Its regular use cures constipation.

Precaution : 
            Diabetic patients are not recommended its use due to its high content of carbohydrate.

3. Prunes(Munakka)




  • Its daily use in winters is very beneficial.
  • Wash them with hotwater and then soak in water for overnight,drink its water in the morning and eat it also. By regularly eating it, it increases vitality and blood.

  • For constipation - Boil 10 munakkas in milk and eat it and take milk.
  • For Blood purification - Soak 20 munakkas in water for overnight. Grind these and mix in one cup of water and take it daily.
  • For cough and cold - Take 5 almonds after peeling its skin+10 munakkas+10 black pepper,grind these and mix it in 25 g of butter.Then eat it in the night at bed time.
  • It increases blood and semen.
